Our story

We built what we
always needed.

On the Fly was born behind the bar. We're bartenders. We've worked the Friday nights where a no-show means the whole section falls apart. We've watched managers spend 45 minutes on the phone instead of running their floor. We've seen good workers leave the industry because the pay takes three days to clear.

We looked at the existing platforms and saw the same thing every time: high fees, 1099 misclassification lawsuits, workers waiting 24 hours to get paid, and platforms built by people who've never stepped foot behind a bar.

So we built something different. On the Fly is restaurant-only, New Jersey-first, and built from the ground up with full W-2 compliance. No gray areas. No overcharging. No waiting.
